The Annual Spring Auction & Dinner is the cornerstone of Redbud's fund raising. Proceeds from the Auction enable us to purchase new Montessori educational materials, provide tuition assistance for qualifying families, and staff training and development.

The 2012 Auction will be on April 28, 2012. It will include a wine raffle, silent auction, live auction, catered dinner and drinks.

I don’t mean to keep bragging about our awesome athletes…But, when I saw this picture of our girl Christie Glissmeyer dropping in an 82’ waterfall at Metlako Falls in Oregon, I about lost it.

I know Outside Lands Festival was almost two weeks ago now but I am still reeling from how great it was. Of course it was grey and cold but I almost felt like the weather gave it a raw, rootsy feeling. Still there were tons of people out and even some Carve Designs sightings on Men!

We just got back from the Outdoor Retailer show in Salt Lake City. Usually these trade shows wear on us but I have to say this one was our best yet. We had a killer booth in a great location. We hired models to cruise around in our threads, a surfboard raffle with an eco board from Entropy,

I am into angles these days. Zig zag prints, geometric shapes. I feel like with the resurgence of tribal comes cool patterns that we haven’t seen in a while.

While we are here suffering through another foggy summer in San Francisco the east coast is alive with heat and color. It’s just not fair...

We do a lot of yoga over here at the Carve offices. It calms the nerves and offers a nice break in the middle of the day. Plus it’s good conditioning for Surfing...

We're welcoming a new athlete to our team at Carve Designs...and we think she is just plain COOL...

I am really into Ethnic prints these days, Navajo blankets, Pendleton inspired stuff and especially Ikat prints...

Sorry it's been so long...we've had a busy couple of weeks. Lucky for us, we were busy surfing in Cabo and shooting our 2011 collection...

So spring is supposed to be here, but I am not sure where it is. It's still a little chilly and rainy here. The silver lining is that the skiing in Tahoe is pretty sweet, which reminds me of my recent ski trip to Switzerland, a must do for all skiers...

It might take forever to get to (25 hours from San Francisco to be exact), but if you have the time and inclination Phuket, Thailand is a pretty sweet place to visit. I just got back from a super relaxing beach vacation there, with a short stop-over in Singapore.

October 22, 2009 (Mill Valley, CA)- Women’s surf lifestyle manufacturer, Carve Designs, announces the addition of Margaret Hobe in the Mid-Atlantic and Michelle Marsh in the Great Lakes as new regional sales representatives for the brand.

“We’re very excited to welcome Michelle and Margaret to our team,” Nicole Chabot, Carve Designs Sales Director stated. “Together they round out an already fantastic sales force, giving us national distribution. Both are extraordinary, professional women and will represent Carve well in these territories which, until now, have not yet been fully explored for our brand.”

Linda Morton & Co. to lead Carve Designs in the Pacific Northwest while The Horton Company takes on Texas

Mill Valley, CA (June 5, 2008) – Carve Designs, makers of women’s technical water sport and surf inspired apparel, announced today the latest additions to their United States sales force: Linda Morton & Co. and The Horton Company. Linda Morton & Co. will lead Carve Designs sales in the Pacific Northwest while The Horton Company will drive sales in Texas and the surrounding states.

These two teams are in addition to Megan Kress of Northstar Sales and Marketing who joined Carve this fall covering both the Western and Eastern Great Lakes. With 8 sales agencies now on board, Carve Designs will further expand their distribution from their current base of over 200 specialty, catalog and Internet dealers across the US, Canada and the UK.

Linda Morton & Co., based in Seattle, Washington, is an agency focused on women's specific brands such as Isis and Haiku. Linda and her team come to Carve Designs with more than 20 years experience in the outdoor industry. "We are ecstatic to announce the addition of Carve Designs to our line up. Carve has everything we look for in a brand starting with stellar product,"
said Linda Morton.

Headquartered in New Braunfels, Texas, Jerry and Lois Horton are also outdoor sales veterans. Along with Carve Designs, they represent GSI Outdoor, Chaco, Bridgedale Socks, McNett and Snow Peak. “We picked Carve Designs because we were looking for a unique, focused, lifestyle line that was all about selling fun stuff,” said Lois Horton.
