Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Carve Designs products. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Please carefully inspect each piece upon receipt. If tags are removed, a refund or exchange will not be accepted.Within 30 days of original purchase:
Carve Designs gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we’ll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning items.
To exchange an order, return the unwanted product to Carve Designs following the returns process outlined above. Next, purchase the replacement item anytime at http://www.carvedesigns.com. We will credit you for the original purchase when we receive and process your return.
Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Warranty
All Carve Designs products meet or exceed our quality standards and are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase. For warranty issues, please email Carve Designs Customer Service at for a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

Ordering
You can order products directly online from our web site 24 hours / 7 days a week. Carve Designs accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover.
When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address your order will be delayed. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
Shipping
We will make every effort to ship your order the next business day. However, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order. All ground shipments will take between 3-7 business days to receive. If you are in a hurry, please select an expedited shipping option.
Shipping Charges
Carve Designs charges you a shipping fee based on the following order purchase ranges:

For earlier delivery, we’ll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. Overnight via FedEx will be $15.00 extra and orders must be placed prior to 10am PST to be guaranteed to ship on the next business day.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We currently do not ship orders outside of the United States.
