Now what to drink....ready for winning combo #3? Tequila and grapefruit juice combined in a drink called The Paloma. It's a total classic and my personal favorite drink and one could even argue, is healthy, being so heavy in vitamin c.
Ingredients needed, double or triple up for multiple drinks
MAKES 1 SERVINGS
- Kosher salt
- 1 grapefruit wedge
- ¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ¼ cup mescal or tequila
- ¼ cup club soda
