Returns
Carve Designs accepts returns for purchases made on carvedesigns.com within 30 days of purchase if they are unworn, unwashed and the sales tags are still attached. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment minus the return shipping fee. Anything marked as Final Sale can not be returned or exchanged for any reason including fit.
Returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted. Any return sent after the 30-day return window and up to 60 days from purchase will be refunded to a gift card to be used at any time without an expiration date. We do not accept returns or exchanges past 60 days from purchase.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item please email contact@carvedesigns.com.
To Return an Item
- Please click here for the Return Center and enter the order number that looks like this 12345CD and only the numbers after the - (dash) and your email associated with your order.
- A $7 return fee will be deducted from your refund once it has been received and processed.
- You will receive your return label by email and an RA slip that needs to be included with your return.
- If trying to return multiple orders, you will need to process separately. Do not package multiple returns together as they will not be refunded properly.
- You will receive an email when your return has been received, and again when your refund has been processed.
- You can track your return by logging into your account at carvedesigns.com.
- Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your return and refund to be processed after receipt of your return.
To Exchange an Item
- You can exchange an item in our Return Center.

Follow the prompt to receive your return label to return the item that did not work for you.

Please note, your new order will ship once you have initiated your exchange and your return package is scanned at the drop-off location. You have 2 days from when the exchange is initiated to drop off your return or your pending exchange order will be cancelled. Upon cancellation, we will issue a refund via original payment or a gift card upon receipt of returns.

You will receive the tracking details once that new order has shipped from our warehouse.

You will not be charged the $7 return fee for this exchange.

If the product you are exchanging for is a higher price than the return product, you will be prompted to pay the difference. If the product you are exchanging for is a lower price than the return product, then you will be credited that amount.
Canada: Returns
If you are returning items from Canada, please return the product to the address on the return form. Our pre-paid label will not work for returns coming from Canada.
