The program start date is 9/26/23 and purchases prior to this date WILL NOT count towards the program.

A customer must be logged into their account to get points for their purchase.

If a customer forgets to log in before making a purchase, they can email contact@carvedesigns.com and we will add points to the profile manually.

100 points = $5 Carve Dollars

1. Higher tiers earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $5 Carve Dollars
2. Customers will be able to redeem their rewards directly in the checkout experience. 

1. When you are ready to redeem points, you will go to the rewards page and trade your points in for a coupon code that you copy and paste at checkout 
2. If you were to log out after initially getting your rewards code, you will have to now go to your Rewards History to copy and paste that code.

Everything except gift cards. Carve Dollars cannot be used at the same time as discount codes, but can be applied to items that are marked down on the site.

It will be automatically applied at checkout, according to your tier. Just make sure you’re logged in.

They will be emailed automatically based on the birthday they entered within the portal.

As a Carve Rewards member, you will receive select sale emails ahead of the general public so you get first dibs on all the best sale styles!

If you use your Carve dollars towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your Carve dollars will be credited back to your Carve Rewards account. For example, if you use 10 Carve Dollars toward a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded on your credit card and the 10 Carve dollars will be deposited back into your Carve Rewards account.

1. If you do not make a purchase or earn points for a period of 12 months, you will be considered a dormant user and your Carve dollars and points will return to zero. You will be moved down to the Bronze tier, Carve Rewards’ lowest tier.
