Shipping Policy

Holiday Shipping:

Our warehouse will be closed on 12/25/2025 and 01/01/2026. If ordering on these days, your order will not be processed until the following business day. Please refer to the following shipping dates if looking to receive your order by 12/25.

Standard shipping: 12/16 (*free on orders $125+)

Faster: 12/18 (*free on orders $125+ from 12/17-12/18)

Fastest: 12/22

Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.  Transit time is measured in business days which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders do not deliver on the weekends. Please note that your order may take extra time to ship during sale events and holidays. Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

We ship via Fedex for all orders except P.O. Boxes and military addresses which ship via USPS.

Contiguous US, Hawaii, Alaska Shipping Rates:

*Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, P.O. Boxes and military addresses are not eligible for Faster or Fastest shipping. They will ship ground with a lead time of 10-14 business days*

Contiguous US, Hawaii, Alaska Lead Times:

Standard: 7-10 business days

 

Faster: 2-3 business days 

Order must be placed Monday-Wednesday by 9AM PT to ensure delivery in two business days.

 

Fastest: 1-2 business days

Order must be placed Monday-Thursday by 9AM PT to ensure next-day delivery.

 

Canada: 

Standard: Carve Designs charges $30 to ship orders ground to Canada. GST Tax will also be added to your order at check out. Duties are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
