Creative Production & Logistics Coordinator

Location: In-Office Sausalito, CA

As our entry-level Creative Production & Logistics Coordinator, you will act as the operational backbone and visual storyteller of our in-office creative space. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our product samples, organize physical and digital assets for major photoshoots, and actively film engaging behind-the-scenes content with our founders and designers. This multi-faceted role bridges the gap between logistical sample management, digital asset coordination, and creative social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoot & Sample Management

  • Inventory & Maintenance: Receive, hang, steam, and maintain the photo sample line in merchandise order throughout the season. Keep a meticulous inventory of all samples and track their locations.
  • Rep Relations: Coordinate closely with sales representatives to replace missing samples and maintain real-time tracking of line locations.
  • Shoot Preparation: Prep for upcoming shoots by pulling samples, building racks, steaming garments, and placing look dividers. Attend style-outs, take detailed notes, and manage samples during creative meetings.
  • On-Set & Travel Support: Assist stylists during studio flat shoots. Bag, pack, and tag looks for lifestyle shoots, and provide hands-on assistance on-set for studio and location shoots as time permits. Travel 2–4 times per year to support on-location photoshoots and production.
  • Seasonal Line Management: Receive the bi-annual FairHarbor line to hang, steam, and organize according to the designated shot list order.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • On-Site Filming: Shoot casual, high-quality, in-office video content featuring our founders and designers for social media platforms.
  • Content Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch fun, creative concepts to elevate our digital marketing and engage our audience.
  • Behind-the-Scenes: Capture authentic, day-to-day moments, product development previews, and on-set action to support digital marketing needs.

Digital Asset & Post-Production Support

  • Creative Selection: Assist the creative team in making image selects from studio shoots and deliver organized selection lists to the photographer.
  • Image Organization: Help sort edited images for cropping and ensure strict adherence to established file-naming conventions.
  • Cloud Management: Maintain the organization, structure, and naming conventions of all photography assets on Dropbox.

Marketing, Logistics & Office Support

  • Sample Fulfillment: Gather and ship product samples to fulfill ongoing marketing video needs.
  • Influencer Outreach: Coordinate directly with the customer service team to fulfill and ship product requests for brand influencers.
  • Marketing Shoots: Organize and set up studio spaces and product racks specifically for marketing flat shoots.
  • Team Player Mindset: Maintain a hands-on approach and remain willing to assist with general, day-to-day tasks around the office as operational needs arise.
