Growth Marketing Manager
Reports to: Performance Marketing Director
Location: Remote or In-Office Sausalito, CA
About the Role
Carve is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own our performance and affiliate influencer strategy, execution, and reporting, support paid media execution, and support broader acquisition strategy as needed. This is a revenue-accountable role at the center of how Carve finds and converts new customers.
You'll set and execute performance and affiliate influencer strategy across key social and affiliate channels, including but not exclusive to Instagram, TikTok, ShopMy, LTK, and emerging platforms, own the Carve Creators program end to end, own reporting on what these channels return, manage the creation and testing of acquisition offers in partnership with the Digital Marketing Specialist, and support the Performance Marketing Director and paid media agency with campaign briefing and execution.
Reporting to the Performance Marketing Director, you'll partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist on acquisition offer testing, with Brand/Creative to keep Carve Creators and other partnerships on-brand, and with our affiliate agency to stay current on affiliate and influencer best practices.
Core Responsibilities
Influencer Strategy & Carve Creators
- Set and own Carve's influencer strategy across Instagram, ShopMy, LTK, and emerging platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, YouTube, new affiliate networks), including where to invest and how programs should evolve.
- Own the Carve Creators program end to end, including recruitment, onboarding, ongoing engagement and communication, product seeding, relationship management, and program measurement.
- Own recruitment, activation, and relationship management for affiliate and paid creator partnerships, along with commission structures, program terms, and payout coordination with Finance.
- Develop creative briefs for paid and organic creator content, manage budgets, contracts, usage rights, and campaign calendars.
- Identify top-performing affiliate and creator content and coordinate with the paid media team to run it as paid social (whitelisting/amplification).
- Maintain a creative usage-rights tracker and content library so high-performing creator content is reusable across paid, email, and site.
- Collaborate with Carve's affiliate agency on affiliate and influencer best practices, staying current on platform changes, commission benchmarks, and program optimization tactics.
Paid Media Support
- Develop and manage creative briefs for paid social campaigns in partnership with the Performance Marketing Director and paid media agency.
- Manage content and creative trafficking, campaign calendars, and QA to support timely, accurate launches.
- Flag optimization opportunities on in-flight paid campaigns to the Performance Marketing Director and agency.
Reporting
- Own reporting on Carve Creators and Affiliate Influencers
- Maintain a performance dashboard feeding into Carve's overall CAC/MER reporting.
- Use performance data to continuously reallocate budget toward the highest-performing creators, affiliates, and content types.

- Partner with the Organic Social & Content Creator to align SEO priorities with the content calendar.
Acquisition Offers & Testing
- Manage the creation, setup, and lifecycle of promo codes and offers used in acquisition campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to identify, launch, and test new acquisition offers (e.g., welcome discounts, thresholds, gift-with-purchase, bundles) aimed at improving new-customer conversion.
- Track and report on offer/test performance to inform which incentives get scaled, iterated on, or sunset.
- Maintain an organized record and calendar of active and tested codes, offers, and terms.
Experience & Skillset
- 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator marketing, or acquisition/growth marketing, ideally within a DTC, fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or outdoor brand.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate/creator platforms (Aspire, ShopMy, LTK, TikTok Shop, or similar), including recruitment and performance optimization.
- Experience managing an ambassador, creator, or brand community program from recruitment through ongoing engagement and measurement.
- Experience managing or coordinating promotional offers and testing (codes, discounts, bundles) for acquisition campaigns.
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals; familiarity with AI search/GEO trends a plus.
