Sales Support and Coordinator

As the Sales Support and Coordinator, this role reports directly to the NA Wholesale Sales Director.  A strong interest in sales operations and marketing is a must.  This person will work closely with all teams at Carve Designs.  A positive working relationship and open mindset are a must.

Internal Customer:  Sales, Dealer Service, Finance, Marketing, Creative, Logistics

External Customer:  External Sales Team, Wholesale Retailers, Vendors

Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the sales director and provide assistance when needed for sales operational duties as well as assistance with Wholesale Marketing Coop program.
  • Understand and assist with MAP tracking including communication with sales reps and retailers.
  • Manage SMS samples for sales reps including, shipping, tracking, coordinating pack lists, invoicing tracking SMS returns.
  • Assist with seasonal sample sales at Carve Designs HQ
  • Provide back up to Dealer Service lead, including full competency on start to finish order processing for Pre-season, ASAP and closeout order for wholesale retail customers
  • Manage returns process and provide credit details to wholesale customers
  • Manage wholesale customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide order entry for POP, seed and promo orders as requested by sales team for wholesale customers
  • Manage follow up and tracking of marketing coop program. This includes reaching out to qualifying wholesale customers and manage their request for coop fulfillment
  • Tracking of coop budget spend within parameters met and set per qualifying retailer.
  • Assist with management of trade show supplies, including determining sales rep replenishment needs, coop agreement needs and POP
  • Assist with all aspects of tradeshow management, filling out applications, shipping materials, organizing schedules with reps, attending shows and booth set up/breakdown.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales operations, work order coordination, sales marketing or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of work order processing, sales processes, and customer relationship
    management
  • Ability to be flexible and work in a variety of roles and tasks
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Experienced with NetSuite and Microsoft Office
