I'm 5'9", 140 lbs, chest 35", waist 29", hips 40.5" (my shoulders are slightly wider than most). I ordered medium, and it fit - not super fitted, but I wouldn't describe it as baggy. Abdomen and back aren't fitted and allow it to be more breathable. I absolutely love the fit of the hood and how the neck comes up to protect me from the sun (red head here). The material is really lightweight, but doesn't seem fragile or prone to snagging. The pattern is really pretty, just as pictured. I think I could have ordered a small if I wanted a very fitted look.

I'm a stage III melanoma survivor so UPF clothing is what I wear almost exclusively. I bought this hoodie and the matching leggings because they look great and I can wear them right into the water when I want to swim. We live on Puget Sound, so this outfit is perfect for beach combing, paddling and swimming.

Fantastic sunshirt. Lightweight fabric that feels great on. True to size so not too tight or too loose. And I love the Alta pattern (have bathing suit too). Shirt was perfect and just what I need for my paddleboard, but might also wear it hiking or just around town - it's versatile
