I bought these out of desperation for another set of waterproof quick dry shorts. I bought two last year which had such a nice fit with drawstring finish. These are no longer available from Carve or Title Nine. This new style has a huge 2"band at the top which is highly cinched to the point of causing a pattern which is not at all presentable in my opinion. I am rolling it inside to wear them so it does not show. The drawstrings are large and obnoxious as well. The shorts' material is thinner now and so loose fitting for an XS. It feels more like a running short than anything else. The gold color is about the only thing positive about the purchase.

Bali shorts are very comfortable. I feel like they run big in the waist, but that is one reason why they are so comfortable. If I could have tried them on maybe a size down would have worked, but I just went with my normal size the drawstring keeps them in place. Perfect for active living and hot climates! I could see myself buying more.
