I was really excited to get these flip-flops, especially with the boost of their being an arch in them. Unfortunately, when I receive them, they were thin and flimsy, not much of an arch, and they appear to run a bit small. I am also not impressed with the fact that in order to write a review you have to provide your height and weight. What does that have to do with anything?

These are so cute. I could feel the good arch support when I put them on. In several places, I could feel sharp poking on the bottom of my foot. The area where the brand is stamped was not removed from the mold correctly and had little pieces sticking up. This was also around the thong part of the band where it connects to the rubber. I tried to use a nail file to soften the sharp parts, but it is still very rough. It’s a shame because I could tell these would have been favorites!! I will say customer service was excellent and gave me a refund. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a replacement.
