When I took this sweater out of the bag, I thought it was a joke - the length of the shirt is shorter than the body is wide. I'm a 36 D/DD and this was comically short on my average-length torso. I know this is oversized, but sizing up would be way too big...
This will work if 1) you have a short torso, 2) wear high rise pants, and 3) do not have a significant bust. Otherwise, prepare to show your belly every time you reach above shoulder level...
