I found this dress to be as described as having a swimsuit fabric kind of feel. I was interested in another pattern which was on final sale and thus nonreturnable, but I wasn't certain about the size so chose this as a test. I found the dress to be true to size, kept this one and ended up also buying the other on final sale!
