I discovered these shorts last year and bought two pairs, a cream/beige and a light green. They are amazing shorts, so soft and comfortable and look great on my figure. This year I decided to get a size down and different colors. I purchased fawn, royal blue and white. They are no where near as soft inside and out as last years pair. I should have returned them but was hoping they would soften up. I would give 5 stars for fit, style and range of colors but I it's disappointing to feel the difference a year made in material.

I have over 4 pairs of these shorts which I have bought over the last few years. Each color has its own fit! That includes length and waist size and how high they ride up on my torso. They're still my fave short but it has taken a while to accept that some corduroy colors fits looser than others.

Customer Service has been great helping me try a different color or size to rectify the situation.

The Butter Soft Oahu short are very thin feeling and will tear easily. I stick with the original Oahu 4" short so they last as long as possible and I can do all my activities.
