Living brightly in winter means carrying the spirit of summer into the colder months—little sparks of sunshine when you need them most. One fun way to do that is through food and drinks! Whether you're experimenting in the kitchen, gathering with friends, or treating yourself to something warm and comforting, these small rituals infuse your days with warmth and creativity. They’re a reminder that brightness isn’t just seasonal—it’s a mindset you can stir into every bite and sip. To help bring this idea to life, we teamed up with Rebecca Taylor, celebrity chef and creator of Souley Nourished, to craft a few sunny, winter-ready recipes.
First up: Bonfire Baked Brie. Super easy, super tasty, and guaranteed to be a crowd favorite. Gooey, golden, and just a little indulgent, it’s the kind of dish that feels like a celebration—even if it’s just a Tuesday night. Perfect for cozy gatherings or a solo night in with a glass of wine, this one’s all about warmth, comfort, and that melty magic everyone loves.
Next on the menu: the Smokey Negroni. This twist on the classic cocktail brings a cozy, fireside vibe with the addition of charred rosemary for an earthy, aromatic hit of smoke. It’s bold, a little mysterious, and the perfect way to warm up a winter evening. Serve it with the baked brie and you’ve got yourself an instant mood.

Big thanks to Rebecca for welcoming us into her kitchen—and cheers to living brightly, one bite (and sip) at a time, all season long!
