Orders and Shipping
You can order products directly online from our web site 24 hours / 7 days a week. Carve Designs accepts payments via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal. When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address your order will be delayed. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
We will make every effort to ship your order within 24 hours. However, it may take up to 3 business days to process your order. All ground shipments will take between 3-7 business days to receive. For faster delivery, we’ll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge. Please note orders shipping to a PO Box will ship via SmartPost and may take longer to arrive.
Please note that Overnight Orders must be received by 11am pst to be shipped out the same day.Overnight Orders received after 11am will not be shipped until the next business day.
Our warehouse staff needs some time off too. As such, we do not ship out any merchandise on the weekends!
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges are free of charge in the US. We will gladly accept your unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your order will be shipped with a return form and pre-paid return shipping label. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please complete the return form and drop off your return at any USPS drop box or Authorized USPS location. Upon receipt of your return/exchange we will process any credit due to you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your return and refund to be processed.

Canada: Orders, Shipping and Returns
Carve Designs charges $30 to ship orders to Canada. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees will be determined by your local customs agency and due at the time of delivery. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to use our pre-paid return label for returns from Canada. If you are returning items from Canada, please return the product to the address on the return form. Carve Designs is not responsible for duties and tax credits for color and sizing issues.
All Carve Designs products meet or exceed our quality standards and are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship for one year from date of purchase.
