The coat is very pretty but the lowest quality. I purchased this because it was touted as being very warm. When I received this down jacket it was so flat it looked like it had 0 filling. I fluffed it in the dryer with tennis balls (air only) and it fluffed up a tad. My family could not believe I paid for this coat. Along the bottom it is completely flat. This was a final sale - however, with it being NOT what they advertised, I called. Although customer service was friendly they told me I should look at customer reviews and they would not accept return/exchange/refund.

I'm left with a $100 coat that I cannot resell due to the lack of filling/quality of this coat. It is the worst quality. I am very disappointed in customer service. I have purchased a lot of items from this company and they were not willing to work with me at all.
