I have been buying the Lorenzo shorts for years and since they don’t seem to be making them anymore I purchased the medium when I’m usually a small. The smalls fit me better but can get away with the medium. Please make more! Perfect for water activities.

I purchased these for a trip to Maui where we are pretty active - hikes/walks, paddle boarding, running into town for poke :). I wanted something versatile to go straight from swim to errands. Was disappointed in two aspects of the fit -- the waist band is very thick and not that comfy, and the back area of the legs is super loose and flares out. I do not have skinny thighs, I'm fairly fit with strong legs, and these look sort of silly on the back side. I ended up not wearing them in Hawaii. Looking more closely at the pics in the catalog, I can see they flare on the models, too.

I will either return them or have a tailor tighten up the leg openings a bit.
