I almost never wear shorts that are any shorter than 8-9". I have always had plentiful thighs and I hate the way that most short shorts are tight in the uppermost portion of my thighs, accentuating my lack of thigh gap even more. Plus, chafing is real! These 6" shorts are perfect. They are not too tight around the thighs, and show just a little more leg, making my legs looking longer, leaner, and helping me look less like a frumpy 50 year old. The fabric is soft. They are snug when they first come out of the wash but loosen a bit while wearing. The waist is a little too big for me, but it is hard for me to find the right cut in shorts for my small waist and wider hips. Overall, I am pleased. I got the railroad stripe, but I am strongly considering buying these shorts in other colors.
