About UsA Cleaner Wave Of Swim
Shop Recycled SwimI have multiple pairs of the Oahu 4" short, and ordered another BUT didn't realize that I ordered High Rise. I didn't even know they existed. Apparently these are cut to fit tighter than the mid rise. YUP TIGHTER!!!! I thought I gained weight and for a gal in her 60s the fit was not pretty. I wear a size 2 in the mid rise and recommend sizing up in the high rise. I am keeping them because they are sold out of this color in 4 (or 2 in mid rise)..... Bummer..... probably just won't wear in public. :(
Very comfortable and the material they are made of feels great. I usually order S for pants and the shorts seem to fit perfectly.
Shorts were too tight and rode up. The size 4 in the regular Oahu were way too big so I thought the size 4 in the high rise would fit, as other reviews said they run smaller. Sending back and not bothering with a new size.
I have been looking at these shorts for quite awhile now…. Finally on a great sale so I thought I’d give a couple pairs a try for the next summer season. I am normally a size 0. Your size zero are huge. Probably a whole size bigger. I am turning 50 this year and really would like to have different options than wearing items from the junior section. I am a runner and am in good shape. Just makes me sad that there are more options for the larger women. Your size zero sizing says 24” waist….. should say 26”.
Since I bought them on sale can’t even return them.
I don't normally like high rise but these shorts are very comfortable and don't pinch my middle when I bend over. I usually wear a size 4 but sized up to a 6 per other reviews and Carve suggestion. They fit great and the color is beautiful.
