I ordered the wrong size and they won't let me exchange it. I understand the no refund but am unsure why I can't exchange them. I can't speak for the style, but the customer service isn't great.

I have the regular shorts in an 8 and I sized up so these would be really loose and casual however they are a bit snug. Fabric is great, color is beautiful, just the fit seems off. Definitely size up!

They are smaller & shorter than I thought they would be. Disappointed since I can't return them.

Love these shorts. This is my second pair. They wear beautifully and look nice with a casual tee and flip flops or a little dressier sandal and a nicer top. Would highly recommend.
