Acrylic is a synthetic material made from acrylonitrile which the epa has listed as a possible human carcinogen. Because of this, though the sweater is very cute, I wish carve could make the sweater from organic cotton or wool.

I love the style, and the fit except it is a bit too short. Unfortunately the thick seam on the neck and shoulder top is scratchy and I will return it.
